Back in December 2008 12Stone leaders challenged the church to serve our community in a specific way: find people who need help and simply help them. What came from that season were great stories of redemption, healing, and compassion.

Back in December 2008 12Stone leaders challenged the church to serve our community in a specific way: find people who need help and simply help them. What came from that season were great stories of redemption, healing, and compassion. These “intentional acts of Christmas” stories inspired our songwriters (Play Chase) to give themselves away with the gift of music. That inspiration gave birth to “Project Life Song”- a selection of songs and videos written to capture the magic of people selflessly helping other people.

We wanted to see what would happen if we tried to take a musical photograph of the moment. So we set up a time for the songwriter’s to meet the people who lived the stories. After listening to them for a couple of hours the writers were able to hear their hearts and step into the joy and pain of these stories.
